Once you’ve earned enough points, you can redeem them for a reward to use toward your next YFB purchase.

How do I check my points balance? + −

Log into your YFB account or open the Rewards panel to view your current points balance and available rewards.

Do my points expire? + −

No! Your points stay in your account until you’re ready to redeem them.

What happens if I return an order? + −

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be removed from your account.

Can I earn or redeem points on sale items? + −

Rewards can only be earned and redeemed on eligible full-price items. Sale and excluded items do not qualify.

Can I use rewards with other discounts or promotions? + −

No. Rewards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or promotional codes. Only one offer may be used per order.

I forgot to sign in. Can I still earn points for my purchase? + −

To earn points, you must be logged into your YFB Rewards account at the time of purchase. If you checked out as a guest or weren’t signed in, points cannot be added after your order has been placed.
