YFB Clothing’s “$1,000 Travel Capsule Wardrobe” Giveaway
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. *A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES ONLY AND IS GOVERNED BY U.S. LAW.
* I don't think it's necessary to say, you also don't want to discourage purchases - unless of course this is a legal requirement.
SPONSOR: YFB Clothing, 3447 S Main St. Los Angeles, CA 90007 (the "Sponsor").
DATES: The YFB Clothing "$1,000 Travel Capsule Wardrobe Giveaway" (the "Sweepstakes") begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") 09/16/2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on 09/16/2025 (the "Sweepstakes Period"). The official timekeeping device will be Sponsor’s website.
ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotional agencies, and immediate family members or household members of each are not eligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these Official Rules and decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
HOW TO ENTER: Two ways to enter:
- Entry Method: Entry Method: Complete and submit the official entry form at www.yfbclothing.com on the authorized online entry page during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person.
* I understand people can enter more than once, but this indicates that when spending more $1 you automatically enter the amount of times that match your spend - ie a $150 dress automatically enters you 150 times - does that make sense??
- Mail-In Method (AMOE): Handprint Type your full name, address, city, state, zip, email address, phone number, and date of birth on a 4” x 6” postcard. Mail the postcard to: "YFB Clothing $1,000 Travel Capsule Wardrobe Giveaway,” 3447 S Main St. Los Angeles, CA 90007. Mail entries must be postmarked by 09/08/2025 and received by 2026. Each postcard counts as 1 entry. Limit of 200 postcards per entrant (10,000 entries total). No envelopes accepted.
Entry limits apply regardless of entry method. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries.
WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION: One (1) Grand Prize Winner selected randomly around 09/26/2025. Winner will be notified by email within three (3) business days after the drawing. Winner must respond within seven (7) days. If Sponsor cannot reach the winner or winner fails to comply with these rules, an alternate winner will be selected.
PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize consisting of a $1,000 YFB Clothing Travel Capsule Wardrobe gift card. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $1,000.
PRIZE CONDITIONS: Prize awarded as-is without substitutions, transfers, or cash equivalents except at Sponsor’s discretion. Winner responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize acceptance.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and affiliates from any liability, injury, loss, or damage associated with participation or prize acceptance/use. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate these rules or interfere with the Sweepstakes.
DISPUTES: Governed by laws of the State of California. Any disputes must be resolved individually in courts located in Los Angeles County, California, without class action.
PRIVACY: Information collected will be used solely for Sweepstakes administration and marketing communications from Sponsor. Entrants can opt out at any time.
WINNER’S LIST: For the winner’s name or copy of Official Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope by 09/08/2025 to: “YFB Clothing $1,000 Travel Capsule Wardrobe Giveaway Winner’s List,” 3447 S Main St. Los Angeles, CA 90007.
