We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your shipment on eligible items.

Return approval is at the discretion of our operations team and YFB CLOTHING reserves the right to deny any return that does not comply with our policy.

We charge a return handling fee of $12.50. Exchanges on full priced items are free.

SALE ITEMS

  • Sale items up to 20% off are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Sale items discounted above 20% off and below 50% off are eligible for exchange or store credit only and will incur a $12.50 handling fee.
  • Sale items discounted 50% off or more are final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.

DISCOUNTS

  • VIP discount codes over 50% are final sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges or price adjustments.
  • VIP discount codes are not valid on previous purchases, we do not accept price adjustments.
  • VIP discount codes can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or discount.

GIFT WITH PURCHASE (GWP)

  • Gift with Purchase items are tied to minimum spend thresholds.
  • If a return brings the order total below the qualifying threshold, the Gift with Purchase must also be returned.
  • If the Gift with Purchase is not included with the return, the return will not be accepted as submitted. We reserve the right to issue store credit or reject the return entirely.

RETAILER RETURNS

  • Merchandise purchased from other retailers, including department stores or specialty stores, must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased and is subject to the return policy of the originating retailer.

HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER

1.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please submit a return request by entering your order number and email address in Returns Portal

2.  All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your shipment.

 -  Merchandise must be sent back within 14 days of submitting your request.
 -  Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed.
 -  Merchandise must still have original packaging.

      4.  For all returns not submitted inside our returns portal, please mail all returns and exchanges back to below address.  Please include your PO # on outside of package.

      *ship via UPS or FedEx for the quickest turn-around time. USPS will be delayed up to 30 days 

      5.  Once your package is received, your refund/exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment or as store credit. (Please note that credits may not appear on your statement until the next billing cycle.)

      REFUNDS ON SHIPPING FEES

      Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

      Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns and must insure returned item(s) for their full value.

      Shipping charges will only be refunded if we sent the wrong item or the item is defective.

      DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

      We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange. Defective merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, and unused, and must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

      Merchandise received after 14 days will be subject to a 15% restocking charge.

      Merchandise received after 30 days will only be accepted at our discretion for an online store credit.
